USS JAMES C. OWENS DD-776 Original and Heavy brass plaque emblem. Measures 8 inches across and is a whopping 3/4 inch thick. There are 2 tapped holes on the back. This comes to you UN mounted and is in excellent condition with an even patina. I'll bet this will shine up nicely. The OWENS was sold to another country.
