USS SAN MARCOS LSD-25 Original aluminum plaque. The USS TEXAS was renamed the USS SAN MARCOS. Stands 5 1/2 inches tall. There are 2 holes for mounting. For some reason , the " LSD-25 " has been blacked out , but it is readable. The detail is in excellent condition and would refinish very well. An interesting and rare piece of US Navy history.
I do not retouch any paint jobs on a plaque and what you see is the same condition when I found it.
